10.30 - 12.30 :  Interactive morning event/debate with a group of young business students/scientists, 
                          Christian Jourquin Chief Executive Officer, Giorgio Squinzi Chief Executive Officer
                          of Mapei and President of Cefic, Prof. Ada Yonath (2009 Nobel prize in Chemistry)
                          and Prof. Jean-Luc Brédas (Francqui Prize 1997) on the theme “The world in 2050:
                          our expectations from the life sciences, chemistry, industry and governments to
                          build a better world by 2050”

12.30 - 13.45 :  Lunch in the Panoramic Hall

Concept
You (student, grant holder or PhD student), are invited to attend and participate actively at the open debate with Professor Ada Yonath (Nobel Prize Chemistry 2009) , Professor Jean-Luc Brédas (Prix Francqui-Georgia Tech. University), and decision makers from the Chemical and life science Industry.

The debate will be animated by a team of young professionals originated from the five continents that have prepared and developed the project: "By 2050, 9 billion people on earth have access to healthy, safe and fulfilled lives in symbiosis with our planet: how chemistry will contribute to achieve this vision?"

This debate (in English) will be organized at the "Square" at 10:30 a.m. The participants will be invited to lunch before the afternoon session in the presence of HRH Prince Philippe, science and academia from the world, industry leaders and the public.

Your attendance and participation at the debate will be a contribution to the success of this "cross generation" debate.
